Welcome Southbay QSEN Champions!

Page history last edited by Lori Rodriguez 13 years, 10 months ago

This workspace is set up for champions of Quality and Safety Education in Nursing who live and work in the South San Francisco Bay area. My name is Lori Rodriguez and I am an associate professor at SJSU. Several of us who were at the QSEN conference over the last few days (June 9-11) decided that we would be working smarter if we collaborate, use each other for support, share ideas and information. WIKI technology is new to me, so bear with me as I work on this project. One of the first things I will do is be inviting you to participate. I believe you can read the contents without becoming a part of WIKI, but if you want to edit and add (which I hope you will) you will have to get an account. Accounts are free. Once you get an account - or maybe even before then - view the videos that are super short which tell you how to navigate the site.   It is Friday, June 11 and I am going to be going away for about a week. Feel free to add on or comment here, but don't be surprised if you don't hear back from me for a week.

So I just sent out emails to about 8 people inviting them to join. I realized that I don't have Cynthia Harrison, Maureen Adamy, and probably many other people. We are interested in reaching champions from all of the south bay schools, so if you want to add a name, please include their email address and I will be sure to send them an invite so that they can write in this space.

Thanks Lori! This looks like the beginning of a great site for collaborating.
